This is the Solarbotics SW 2-5/8" Diameter Servo Wheel (Red). This wheel keys into most standard servo output shafts for easy wheel mounting. This custom-molded wheel is designed to fit to most servo hubs, and give solid traction to your robot. It can be a quick and easy way to attach a wheel to a servo for a wheeled robot.
It is the injection-molded ABS wheel designed by Solarbotics. Gone are the rubber bands, replaced by molded-on thermoplastic silicon tires with superior traction & wear characteristics. What is really cool with this new design is the inclusion of a 64 strip pattern designed to match the popular "Wheel Watcher" optical encoders. Just paint in every other stripe pocket, and you're ready to go. The hubs dimension out at 69mm (just under 2-5/8"), by 7.62mm wide (0.3").
This wheel also available in SW 2-5/8" Diameter Servo Wheel (Yellow), SW 2-5/8" Diameter Servo Wheel (Black) and Solarbotics SW 2-5/8" Diameter Servo Wheel (Blue) color.
