The insulation is 800-fill Allied HyperDRY goose down, which supplies high-loft warmth while staying highly compressible for fast-moving objectives. An insulated hood with single-pull adjustment, plus elastic at the hood opening and cuffs, keeps the design efficient and easy to manage on the go. The YKK Vislon Slim center zipper reduces bulk, and the jacket still includes two zippered hand pockets and a zippered chest pocket for essentials. Black Diamond also made it so the hoody packs into a hand pocket and clips to a harness with an integrated carabiner loop.
